BIOGRAPHY

Bob graduated from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio in 1967 earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a major in Marketing. He received a Juris Doctorate from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law at the Cleveland State University.

 

In 1973, Bob graduated Cum Laude from Cleveland Marshall College of Law and began working for the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's office. He served as an assistant prosecuting attorney from early 1974 until 1986, the last five years in that position as a member of major trial division. That unit was responsible for the prosecution of high profile white-collar crimes, death penalty, murder and rape cases.  

 

During his tenure with the prosecutor's office, Bob maintained a private practice. He has tried over one hundred civil and criminal cases to verdict in front of juries or the Court, and has additionally argued in numerous Courts of Appeal and three times before the Ohio Supreme Court.
